In each 90-minute session, we’ll share:

Week 2 Theme: Center

  • Restorative Movement Routine Focus: The Pelvis

  • Guided Meditation Theme: Boundaries

  • Daily Wind-Down Ritual Focus: Herbal Tea Time

  • Real Talk Ask: Do I sabotage my Energy Balance? Why? How?

  • Pillar Exploration: #2: Real-Talk Theme Share-Out + helpful ways to shift the ways in-which we sabotage our own Energy.

Week 3 Theme: Breathe

  • Restorative Movement Routine Focus: The Ribcage

  • Guided Meditation Theme: Creating Space/Letting Go

  • Clarity Practice: What surfaced during your meditation?

  • Real Talk Ask: What is my physical breath telling me, when I tune in to listen?

  • Pillar Exploration: #3: Strong Movement Patterns begin with a regulated Nervous System

Week 4 Theme: Interoception

  • Restorative Movement Routine Focus: Neck + Sensory Integration

  • Guided Meditation Theme: Body Scan

  • Clarity Practice: What is my body messaging me often? What do these messages mean to me?

  • Real Talk Ask: Do I respond to my body’s needs appropriately?

  • Pillar Exploration: #4: Connections to the Greater World — How do I use what I’ve learned in my Daily Life?
