This level of programming attracts all kinds of individuals, with different levels of need. Because of this, we offer 1:1 Training, Group Training + Classes with very low ratios.

SOMA Movement Classes:
Our signature series of movement classes are small by design. Whether it’s Pilates Reformer, Strength or restorative mobility work, every class is guided with expert attention, progressive sequencing and high-value.
Workshops:
Every season we offer immersive experiences designed to help you explore a single theme in depth — whether its breth training, nervous system resets or specialty strength foundations like pelvic floor or prenatal/postpartum topics.
In these sessions or series you’ll:
learn the “why” behind the movements
practice skills you can carry into your daily life or established movement practice
experience guided techniques to restore balance, energy or function to any affected area
These are perfect for anyone watning to move beyond “just exercise” into deeper awareness + lasting results.

movement assessment/consult

Perhaps you are a bit uneasy about lifting heavy things or you’ve been training and would like a form-check on your major movement patterns. Some of us have some pain due to training and want an expert eye on form to assess if you need to adjust your program.
Almost-always we find something to improve/work on with a Movement Assessment.
This 120-minutes is jam-packed with movement education, helpful cueing + strategies that will significantly improve your body awareness.
After the assessment, you receive a comprehensive report, with findings + a sample week of Strength Training you can use to improve + strengthen your movement patterns.
