Restoring Energy Balance is the key to creating Whole Body Strength. When we train, there must be a consistent practice of rest/recovery in order for the body to recalibrate towards: muscle growth, weight loss, increased energy, cell regeneration, homeostasis.
How we rest + recalibrate in our daily lives includes: getting adequate sleep, eating for Nutrient Density, managing stress levels, moving often and stewarding our bodies with reverence + care.
