Traditional Physical Therapy only lasts 9-12 weeks. To truly achieve movement (and pain) freedom, it takes about 9-12 months of consistent, specialized training. So often, movement struggles or pain symptoms are showing either an imbalance in the kinetic chain OR the need for general strength in the whole chain.
As we age, the need for muscle mass is essential for Whole Body Health and without it, our bodies show it. The vast majority of clients I have served have come to me with common aches + pains (due to a lack of strength) like: plantar fasciatis, pelvic floor symptoms, hip/back/shoulder issues, scoliosis…
I’m very proud to say most of them are still training with me, but have trained BEYOND their pain into very strong bodies that move better than they ever have. With their consistent, disciplined effort, they are strong + capable people who 100% believe in the lifelong pursuit of strength training.
My approach meets everyone where they are, uses comprehensive Neuroscience, Movement Science + a specialized lens of care to differentiate for individual needs.

Prenatal + Postpartum Strength Training
Post or Pre-Op strengthening for a number of common surgeries like Spinal Fusion, Hip/Knee Replacement, Cardiac Surgery. In these cases, we work in collaboration with other trusted providers that you have chosen for your Strength Team.
