1:1 training

Often this is where most clients begin, though it’s not where we want you to be forever…

    • 8 sessions: $400 (~2x/week)

    • 12 sessions: $540 (~3x/week)

    • a-la-carte: $60/hour

  • This option is for those who want some hyper-focused attention at first to freshen up on some training techniques, jumpstart your accountability/practice or get some specialized focus on a problem-area/specific movement needs.

After you complete this program, you graduate to small group training, classes, open gym-style or work your customized program via the Pillar App.

The bonus of this program is that it offers a lot of up-front support with a reduction in cost, long-term. Not everyone wants to/can invest in long-term 1:1 training, but still want targeted help getting started.

Additional details on this if/when we meet.

  • Because of the intentional nature at Pillar and our commitment to building relationships, all serious applicants should schedule a free Consultation with Kate.

During that 45-60 minute chat, we get to know one another, you share about your needs + decide what kind of programming is the right fit for you. I recognize it might not even be Pillar, but I want everyone to leave a Consult with an informed, clear path on the right, next steps for you.
